‼️𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘‼️

Pursuant to 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐍𝐨. 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒-𝟓𝟓𝟗 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐠𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐚 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟏, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 declaring the entire Municipality of Alamada, Cotabato under state of calamity due to the effects of El Niño phenomenon, the following price ceiling/price freeze of Basic Necessities shall remain in force 𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟑𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 (𝟔𝟎 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬), unless sooner lifted.

The DTI enjoins consumers to report retailers that sell basic necessities more than the specified prices to DTI – Cotabato Provincial Office. The Price Act provides that any retailers found selling more than the listed prevailing prices shall be imposed with an administrative fine up to One Million Pesos (P 1,000,000.00) and/or a maximum of 10 years imprisonment.
